Artwork and Pricing

I make the aprons, table cloths and cushion covers myself, and these can be ordered in a variety of colours to suit your requirements. The paint is permanent and hand-washable. With the portraits, I prefer to use a cotton-blend material in a colour that will enhance your picture.

Ordering

Once I have received your order, I will contact you personally via email to discuss the length of time the work will take, payment details, and specific requirements. Transacting on the Internet does not foster trust; unlike face-to-face contracting. So no deposit is necessary. I send you a screen-resolution quality scan/photograph of the finished work for your approval. On receipt of your payment I dispatch the work to you.

I will need very high resolution digital images or prints, in focus, in order to get a good likeness. And to get a good portrait, the picture must be taken from the same level as your pet, not from above or too far away. I have always believed the "eyes are the windows to the soul", so having a good photo of his/her eyes will help bring life into the painting.
